Facilities:

Boleros is a multi-faceted 40,000 square foot building including a Grand Ballroom, Dance Center and Ballet Center.

The Grand Ballroom: boasts 9,600 square feet of main ballroom space, making it one of the largest dance platforms in the U.S., and certainly here in the Southeast. The floor is fine hardwood maple, and floats gently on rubber bushing's placed throughout the room. Crystal chandeliers grace the ceiling creating an elegant atmosphere. This inclusive area may be divided into three smaller, interconnected rooms. Here, in any of the three compartments or in their entirety, you may rent or reserve this world-class presentation for your wedding day or any special occasion.

Studios:

Serve as home to all manner of dance lessons on every day and night of the week, including Swing, Smooth Ballroom, Latin, Country Western, Hustle, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Yoga, Tai-Chi, African, Flamenco, and many others. All ages are welcome. Our guests especially like the price! Prices for dance lessons are more than just competitive; they remain strikingly cost-effective. This is because contracts are not involved. You can relax and take one lesson at a time, whether it is a private lesson or a group class. And the dance instruction is top-shelf. Delivered by certified dance professionals whose primary goal is to guide learners into enjoying dancing, without embarrassment or reservation.

When our guests learn, they learn for fun and for wellness, in efficient time for the real world. They learn how to learn. They learn how to feel good and how to look good, both for others and themselves. Whether you are a beginner or an avid competitor, you will find what you are searching for at Boleros.

Floor Rental: Instructors are welcome to rent floor space for private lesson for $20 an hour. Please call to reserve you time.

Pro-Am Teaching/Coaching per month sliding scale:

Per One Hour class : Monthly rate
$20 From one (1) to twenty (20) hours.
$15 From Twenty one (21) to Thirty (30) hours
$10 From thirty one (31) to Forty (40) hours
$5 From Forty one (41) and up.

Per 45 min. class: Monthly rate
$15 From one (1) to twenty (20) classes.
$12 From Twenty one (21) to Thirty (30) classes
$8 From thirty one (31) to Forty (40) Classes
$5 From Forty one (41) and up.


Rehearsal: For Pros and Amateurs: Free... during our hours of operation.
Early mornings and Sunday appointment $15 per hour
No exceptions! (Pro rehearsal and amateur couples)

Group lessons: All group are subject to $10 per student per hour or 50/50 split
Group Lessons 50/50 Split: If classes stay *strong (20 plus students per class) for 3 months then Boleros may consider
a 60/40 split (60% to the teacher and 40% for Boleros) if, class size drop after a 60/40, it will go back to 50/50 split.

All other lessons and floor rental are on sliding scale. You may book lessons on our off hours and days but, must make
reservations to book the time.
